About Me
–
My name is Adam Cervantes Wagner, a Mexican-American filmmaker from Orange County. I have a passion for writing, directing, and editing films, and an obsession for watching them. Whether they are foreign, independent, or black and white, I love all movies, and hope to join the ranks of my heroes as an acclaimed filmmaker someday.
I graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a B.A. in Theatre, Film, and Digital Production. I enjoy creating works that are a mixture of layered meanings and comedic satire. Above all, my aim is to resonate positively with audiences. Thank you for checking out my website, and I hope you enjoy my work.
Recent Films
Whether it be on set or holding a pen to paper, I'm constantly working on new projects in order to prove myself as a passionate and dedicated filmmaker. Here are some examples of my most recent work.
“ANDY’S SONG”: A young girl is inspired to create a new technology that allows her best friend the ability to write music once again.
The Thick Grey Line
A girl, in over her head in the new realm of death, is stuck in limbo until she is able to collect a soul of someone dying. Unfortunately, she's not the only one trying to get out. I wrote, directed, and edited this dark comedy of reflection and discovery.
The Startling Conclusion of Robotic Love
A scientist attempts to distract himself from heartbreak by building a robot, but memories of the break up keep him from making progress. I wrote, directed, shot, and edited this piece.
Do You Mind?
